John specialises in scaling up businesses. At Liberty Living he was instrumental in setting strategic direction, resulting in growing the company’s portfolio by ~70% over 5 years. He was responsible for scaling all areas – operations, sales, marketing, technology and systems, processes, people and estates management.

Previously at The J&D Organisation John helped build this fledgling business to become a market leading international operation with 49 locations across the UK and mainland Europe.  More recently at MWB Business Exchange he worked to transform this local facilities management company into a national business with a client list that includes UK based blue chip clients.

John has developed two very successful operating businesses and driven them to the top of their respective industries through creating clear direction and developing the talent of the workforce. This has involved working with international investors and capitalising on changing technology and market conditions to build successful, highly competitive businesses.
