Libby Penn oversees new business and client services for Huge London. She leads the initial process for Huge engagements, overseeing the discovery, strategy and planning components of client initiatives.

Previously Libby spent a couple of years establishing a startup localization agency, Adversion, securing and overseeing pan-European campaign work with clients including Electrolux, Sony Ericsson and Saab, as well as overseeing the operations side of the agency.  Prior to joining Huge, Libby led new business at brand & digital agency Rufus Leonard, securing business from global clients like Intercontinental Hotel Group.

Libby has an MPhil from University of Cambridge and a BA from University of Leeds. In her spare time, Libby has shot documentaries in Uganda and the Lebanon as well as directing theatre productions all over the world.
